Arrival Day is Wednesday, August 20, 2025. You will be assigned a specific time-frame into your residence hall in the morning (between 8-11am) after you receive your housing assignment for the 2025-2026 academic year in July. We will begin programming for students and parents and families afternoon, so please plan to arrive with time to get settled in your residence hall.
Moving In
Later in the summer we will provide detailed information about the move-in process–including how you will need to access campus, timing your arrival, etc.
Shipping Packages to CC
If you are coming a long distance or just want to send things to campus in advance, you can mail packages to Conn's Campus Mailroom, using the following address:

Campus Box Numbers will be made available when housing assignments are made in late July. Packages can only be held for two weeks at the Mailroom, so should not be scheduled to be delivered prior to August 8, 2025.
The Campus Mailroom, located in the first floor of Cro, will be open on Arrival Day, so that you may pick up any packages sent previously to the College. Staff will be available to answer questions you may have about mail services. Mailroom Hours will be posted on What's Open in Camel web and will be extended for the first 2 weeks of the semester.
