81 named to NESCAC Spring All-Academic Team

Eighty one Connecticut College student-athletes have been named to the 2020 NESCAC Spring All-Academic Team. Conn’s All-Academic team includes 14 members of the men’s lacrosse team, two sailors— Paige Dunlevy ’20 and Tommy Whittemore ’22—who earned ICSA All-America postseason recognition, and Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches (ACWPC) Division III All-America Second Team member Stephania Lopez ’21. 

To be honored, an individual must have reached sophomore academic standing and be in good standing on their team with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.50. A transfer student must have completed one year of study at the current institution.

Of the 81 scholar-athletes honored, 26 were recognized for the second time in their careers, while 10 were recognized for the third.
